50 homes let at new Worcester development, with “green living discount” now on offer

More than 50 apartments have been let in the first month since the launch of Sherriff’s Gate in Worcester, marketed by estate agency Nicol & Co.
And now a new “green living discount” is being offered to people who rent a flat without the need for a car parking space at the popular build-to-rent development.
The special offer, worth up to £1,200 off residents’ rent in the first year, has been made to encourage people to use the nearby Beryl Bikes or their own bikes, which can be safely stored in the bike store.
