Except where you contact us directly through any of our contact options available on the Website we do not collect any personal data from you.

If you contact us or send us an email, we will retain the details you provide to us including your name, your email address, and any other information which you choose to give us.

Our call handling service and live chat facility is operated by a third-party company, Moneypenny (company number 3894972). Should you not wish to provide Moneypenny with your details then please do not use the live chat facility on the website.

We engage a third-party, BoomerangCRM (company number 09411514), who may, at certain times, contact you to obtain your feedback on the service that you have received. If you would like to opt-out of this service, please contact 01905 799072 or neil@nicolandco.co.uk

Our Ready to Sell service is operated by Simon Bishop Property Services Ltd.  Company No: 07151787 and we will pass your details to him to assist you once you have instructed us to sell your property.

In connection with our Managed Lettings business the Repair Reporting System is operated by a third party Tactile Limited (company number 08111417) trading as Fixflo.

We may offer a Concierge Service which is operated by Just Move In. You will be made aware prior to your information being disclosed. Company No: 09280849

Our Lead Management is operated by Area Technolgies Limited. Company number 09839441.

If required we will provide your details and that of your tenancy to Oh Goodlord Limited (company number 08933499) trading as Goodlord in order to facilitate any future tenancies undertaken by yourselves.

Should the need arise that you or the property that you occupy require the services of one of our approved contractors, we may pass on your details in order that they can arrange a visit to the property and therefore carry out any works required.   1. Using Your Information

Where we hold any personal information, it will be processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary, considering the reason it was provided to us.

We will potentially –

  1. Reply to your email;
  2. Provide details of the properties requested, plus any others we think may interest you;
  • Offer or provide you with the services requested, plus any others we think may interest you;

We will delete your personal information once your request has been met or the service has been provided, except where –

  1. You have expressed interest in receiving the details of properties we are offering, in which case we shall continue to hold your information in order to send you information on other properties that may interest you;
  2. You become a client or a buyer of a property;
  • You require us to retain it for longer;
  1. We are required to retain it for longer for other legal reasons.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to us using your data and to request that we delete it.
