In connection with our Managed Lettings business the Repair Reporting System is operated by a third party Tactile Limited (company number 08111417) trading as Fixflo.

We may offer you a Concierge Service, which is operated by One Utility Bill Limited Company Number 09534085. You will be made aware prior to your information being disclosed.

If required we will provide your details and that of your tenancy to Oh Goodlord Limited (company number 08933499) trading as Goodlord in order to facilitate any future tenancies undertaken by yourselves.

We will delete your personal information once your request has been met or the service has been provided, except where –
