Get started by registering your details, your must-haves and your preferences with us. We’ll send you alerts for any properties that fit the mould, as soon as they come to market.

Attend viewings

Create lists of the properties that take your fancy and choose viewing times that suit you. We’ll show you around, tell you everything you need to know and let you in on any quirks of the property.

Find out what you can borrow

Mortgage Advice Bureau works with Nicol & Co to provide expert mortgage advice. MAB advisers are on hand to show you how much you can borrow and get you a decision in principle which will show you are serious about lending.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The fee is up to 1% but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.

Verification & AML Checks

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we are required to carry out identity and verification checks on all purchasers and confirm the source and availability of funds for the purchase.

These checks are completed electronically once an acceptable offer has been made and must be completed before we can formally agree the sale.

There is a charge of £30 including VAT per person for the required checks. This fee is non-refundable.
