Contractors
Nicol & Co Estate Agents and Nicol & Co Lettings work with a number of trusted local tradespeople and companies capable of carrying out household repairs and maintenance work. Quotes can be arranged on behalf of clients. The firms we work with regularly are willing to reward successful introductions with referral fees representing up to 15% of the project costs.
Conveyancing
Nicol & Co Estate Agents works with a panel of solicitors and is willing to arrange quotes on behalf of clients. The firms we work with regularly are willing to reward successful introductions with referral fees of up to £200 plus VAT per transaction.
Financial Services
Nicol & Co Estate Agents is a regulated introducer approved by the FCA and is able to promote financial services as part of our product offering, albeit this is on a referral basis.
We typically receive referral fees of £250 inclusive of VAT.
Removals

Surveys
