Our Managing Director, Matt Nicol, has something exciting in the works! He and a group of dedicated local individuals are working hard to bring a Parkrun to Droitwich Spa.

A fantastic collaboration is underway, with the Place Board, Wychavon District Council, Worcestershire County Council, Parkrun UK, Droitwich Spa Cricket Club, and Droitwich Athletics Club all coming together to make this happen. Parkrun’s are a brilliant way to bring people together, encourage fitness, and support the local community, and we’re determined to find the perfect route for Droitwich.

We Need You!

To make this happen, we need your help! Without enough volunteers, we simply won’t be able to get this Parkrun off the ground. It’s as simple as that.

Whether you can volunteer once a month, help marshal the route, or assist with event setup, every bit of support makes a difference. You don’t need to commit every week; just one session here and there would be a huge help.

 

Next Steps 

We’re currently working on finalising a route and securing the necessary approvals, but now is the time to build awareness and recruit volunteers.
