Happy birthday Nicol & Co!

On 1st October 2009, Matt Nicol opened for business as an independent estate agent. Striking out as a one-man band in his home town of Droitwich Spa and in a challenging market, success wouldn’t be easy. But thanks to lots of hard graft and unwavering dedication, Nicol & Co now has three offices, employs 38 members of staff and has nearly 900 5-star Google reviews!
