Location: Droitwich with travel across Worcestershire

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Weekend availability

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000 – £35,000 per annum.

Additional Pay: Commission pay

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence Required

Roles and Responsibilities:   

Manage & Maintain Our Property Portfolio

  • Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance with landlords and contractors.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling enquiries efficiently.
  • Resolve tenant issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction for all parties.

Ensure Compliance & Best Practices

  • Stay up to date with the latest property legislation and ensure all properties meet legal standards.
  • Handle deposit registrations, tenancy agreements, and renewals with precision.

Organise & Oversee Tenancy Processes

  • Manage move-ins, check-outs, and property inventories.
  • Ensure rent payments are collected on time and handle arrears if necessary.

Work with a Dynamic Team

  • Collaborate with our lettings and sales teams to support business growth.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality property maintenance.

Required Skills:
  • A strong customer service ethos with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills you can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing properties.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
