Priority will continue to be given to applicants who can demonstrate a local connection to the Malvern Hills District through residency, employment, family connections, or other qualifying circumstances.

National Release From 26th June

For those considering applying, time is of the essence.

If suitable purchasers are not secured beforehand, these homes will be released to eligible first-time buyers nationally from 26th June, significantly increasing competition for these properties.
