Getting set up with Gavl

With the introduction of this industry changing livestreaming service, we’re able to deliver interactive viewings direct to you. With Gavl, you can get to know a property before an in-person viewing, and receive notifications to your tablet or phone whenever a property you’re interested in is about to go live.

Taking part in our Gavl live-viewings couldn’t be easier.

 

Using Gavl in your Internet Browser:

Head to Gavl.com and create a free account. When prompted for a phone number, please leave the extension as +61 (Australia). This is due to our early adoption of the service into the UK, and the rest of your phone number can be entered as normal.

You will not be able to participate in Gavl’s key features without signing in.

After your account is created navigate down to the search bar and change from Default to UK.

 

This will bring you to Gavl’s UK search page. Here you can search in a similar way to other property portals; organising your searches by location, price, and their listing date. There is also an interactive map with which you can see what locations have upcoming livestreams.

 

 

As you can see, Gavl presents a significant amount of information upfront. Before examining a property further you can see it’s major features, address, and when it will next be going live to view. From here you can also watch a property that is currently live and also follow the property; this will notify you when it begins broadcasting, so you don’t miss the exclusive streams.

Clicking on a property will reveal more information and additional pictures, as well as the live broadcast should one be running. You will also find contact information for our Agents if you would like to get in touch.

 

Using the Gavl App:

After installing Gavl on your smartphone or tablet you will be prompted to create an account. As on desktop, remember to leave the Australian +61 extension.

Select United Kingdom using the tab at the top of the screen.

 

 

Tapping the icons at the bottom of the screen will enable or disable different qualities, allowing you to narrow down what you’re looking for. As with the website you can also search using an interactive map; this is found by tapping the icon in the top right of the screen.

Expanding a property provides all of the same extra information via the app as it does in your browser, including more still images to look over.

 

 

With the Gavl app, you also have the option of sharing properties you’re interested in. Doing so will give a choice of social media & messaging services with which you can send your message.

Most useful about the Gavl App are the push notifications you can request for when a property goes live. Never miss out on seeing inside any properties on your shortlist by following the property, alerting you to any updates and developments.
